His background specializes in full cycle recruiting solutions including leading national and regional recruiting teams. In addition to his senior Human Resources background, Rex is a trained career transition and planning coach.
Rex holds a BA in management from San Francisco State University. He is certified as a Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR), with company learning in Behavioral Interviewing, Inclusion and Diversity, Progressive Performance Improvement, Conflict Resolution, Identifying Team Barriers and Improving Team Productivity.
